Do you guarantee your products or services?

Yes, we offer a 30 day satisfaction guarantee on all products as long as you return the product in good condition (please, no smokey yarn!) with the original packaging materials. PLEASE NOTE: NO returns or exchanges on any pattern, needles or jewelry accepted! Yarn must have the original label intact. RETURNS NOT ACCEPTED ON SALE OR CLEARANCE PRICED ITEMS!

What if I don't want to give my credit card information over the Internet?

That's fine, simply continue through the ordering process until it asks you for a credit card number, then simply choose "phone" as a payment option and we will receive your order electronically. You can then give us your credit card number over the phone. Your private information stays private - we don't share information with ANYBODY!

What are your shipping charges?

Shipments are made using U. S. Priority Mail. For packages weighing one pound or less, the charge is $4.60. A number of yarns weigh 50 grams....one pound is 454 grams! Customers receive their order within 2-3 days.
